Telegram automation

You add public and private Telegram channels. Public channels work without connecting your personal account. After adding your first public channel, connect your personal Telegram account and explicitly allow each selected private channel; your account must retain access to it. The bot follows new posts, creates concise summaries in your chosen language, and sends them to your private Telegram chat. When you explicitly allow a private channel or enable a digest for a private group, new message text is read, stored, and sent to an AI provider to create post summaries or discussion digests. Personal chats and protected content are not supported.

Use /add or tap “Add”. To add one channel, send /add @channel_name or /add https://t.me/channel_name. For several, separate them with spaces: /add @news_one @news_two https://t.me/news_three. You can send a Telegram folder link directly: /add https://t.me/addlist/<slug>. After sending /add without arguments or tapping “Add”, send @usernames, links separated by spaces or commas, or a forwarded message from a public channel as the next message without /add. A folder is imported once and does not stay synchronized. Private channels become available only after your first channel: connect your personal Telegram account, keep access to the channel, and explicitly allow it in the bot.

No. Channels are sources: public channels are added directly, and selected private channels can be allowed after you connect your personal account. Groups use the separate chat digest feature. You must administer the group and add the bot with access to all messages; the bot does not need administrator status.

No, it does not import the full archive. After you add a channel, the bot may start with its latest available post and then process new posts. For a channel digest, you can load posts from the last 24 hours right away, including ones published before you added the channel.

Yes. A source channel can be in any language. The interface and concise summaries are available in one of 26 supported languages.

No. The service uses its own Telegram application by default. Before QR login, you can optionally enter your own api_id and api_hash. Your own pair does not reduce the session's permissions or guarantee protection from Telegram restrictions.

Get them at my.telegram.org under “API development tools”. In the bot, open “Settings” and “Personal Telegram account”, then enter the complete pair on the protected connection page before QR login. Proxy settings are independent. Do not send api_hash in messages to the bot or support.

To add, replace, or remove your own pair, disconnect the current account on the connection page and sign in again with the application you choose. Reading pauses during the change, and you must allow channel processing again. Cancelling the disconnect confirmation keeps the current connection.

No. The bot reads public channels itself, so you don't need to join them in Telegram. A private channel needs access through your Telegram account.

Open “⚙️ Settings” → “🌐 Language” or send /language. This setting changes the interface language and the language of summaries in your private chat. Each auto-publishing destination and each digest has its own language setting.

Summaries are mainly delivered to your private Telegram chat. You can also open the web feed from the bot to view available summaries.

The bot filters out posts tagged #ad, #sponsored or #реклама. Ads without these tags may still appear in summaries.

You can choose a regular or cynical style. For difficult and sensitive topics, the bot uses a neutral, respectful tone instead of the cynical style.

In the bot settings, open “Media” to choose images, video and audio for your private chat, each auto-publishing destination and each source. For new users and new destinations all three are on by default; an existing saved choice doesn't change automatically. Telegram link previews stay off. Attachments from private channels are never forwarded: you get the summary only.

Yes. The notifications switch controls summary delivery to your private chat. Auto-publishing is managed separately.

Open “Hashtags” in the bot menu, create a hashtag, and select its channels. You can create up to 20 hashtags on any plan, each name can be up to 32 characters, and one channel can belong to several hashtags. Hashtags appear under new summaries from these channels: tap one to find summaries with it in your chat with the bot. After a Telegram folder import, the bot offers a hashtag for its channels. Hashtags do not filter posts by topic and are not shown in auto-publishing or the web feed.

Yes. For your private chat and for each auto-publishing destination you can choose short summaries or the original text in the source language. For private channels only summaries are available. Translation, style and hashtags apply to summaries only. In the source list you can also pause personal delivery of a single source without removing it.

In source settings, you can include or exclude posts by words, phrases or regular expressions in the original text. Filters apply to your private chat and auto-publishing, but not the web feed or chat digests. Before saving, you can test a rule on recent saved posts or your own text, then see how many posts were filtered out over the last 7 days.

The source setting takes priority, then the auto-publishing destination, then the global setting. Only one instruction is applied. At each level, you can inherit the next setting, write your own instruction or choose a standard Posuti summary. A source override applies to your private chat and all your destinations.

Request a preview in the bot. It is sent to your private chat using the effective instruction, language and formatting. A new example uses your AI key; reopening the same saved example does not call the model. Settings changes apply to new jobs, without rewriting your history or already prepared posts.

Your key is stored encrypted, and you can replace or delete it. You can save only one AI connection. After a new key is verified, it replaces the current connection; your instructions are kept. Post text and your instruction are sent to the service you choose; OpenRouter passes them to its model provider. Storage rules depend on the provider. Your instruction may appear in the result and is not hidden from its recipients.

Processing stops with a notification. Posuti does not automatically switch to its own keys, another service or model, the original post or a standard summary. Set spending limits and manage your balance in your AI provider account; Posuti has no separate monetary budget. Your plan limits still apply; original delivery and group and channel digests follow their separate rules.

In the bot’s “Settings”, enable “Hide duplicates”. It is off by default. One setting covers new posts from public and private channels in your personal bot and web feeds. Existing history stays unchanged; turning it off does not restore or resend hidden posts. Digests and auto-publishing are unaffected.

The full original text, including captions, must match. Only case and leading or trailing whitespace are ignored; summaries are not compared. The first shown post stays; later posts repeating its text within the next 48 hours are hidden entirely, including repeats in the same channel. Hidden repeats do not extend this window. Different attachments with identical captions also count: media are ignored. Posts without text and paraphrases remain.

There is no selection by meaning: the bot sends new posts from the channels you chose. To narrow the flow, use the word filter in the source settings: keep only posts with certain words or exclude posts with unwanted ones.

Yes. Summaries arrive in a regular chat with the bot, so you can read them in Telegram on desktop or in the browser. There is also a web feed: open it with the “Web feed” button in the bot menu. It has full-text search across posts but doesn't show media.

Standard summaries are mostly created by leading OpenAI models. We follow new models and switch after internal testing. If you connect your own AI key, you choose the service and the model.

Your current plan, expiry date, and source limit are shown in “Status”. Current plans and available payment methods are shown in “Plans”.

New summaries stop arriving in your private chat and being auto-published to connected channels and groups. Message collection for chat digests stops too; after paying, you turn it back on yourself.

Every new post must be processed, summarized, and delivered to you. AI models and infrastructure have ongoing costs, so a one-time purchase would not cover the service’s continued operation.

You can pay with Telegram Stars or with USDC or USDT on a supported EVM network. Available options appear after you choose a plan in “Plans”.

In “Plans”, choose a plan and Telegram Stars, then confirm the invoice in Telegram. You can top up your balance in Telegram Settings under “My Stars”. Another official option is @PremiumBot in Telegram Web, Desktop, or the Android app downloaded from telegram.org.

In “Plans”, choose a plan, USDC or USDT, and one of the available EVM networks. Then tap “Create payment address”. The bot will show the address and exact amount. Send only the listed token on the listed network within 1 hour.

No. When it ends, summaries, auto-publishing and digest collection pause, while your channels and settings are kept. To continue, choose a plan in “Plans”. Digests need to be turned on again after payment.

There is no free plan, only a 5-day trial. Card payments are not available: you can pay with Telegram Stars, USDC or USDT.

Choose it in “Plans”: it activates immediately and the remaining days of your current plan carry over. You can move to a lower plan after the current one ends.

It publishes new concise summaries from selected channel sources to a connected public or private Telegram channel or group. Connecting a destination alone does not make it a source. The bot reads a private channel only after you explicitly allow that channel through your personal account. The bot reads a group only after you separately enable its digest.

You need active access (the trial or a subscription) and at least one added channel source. You and the bot must be administrators of the destination with permission to publish. In a destination group, the bot must not be an anonymous administrator. The bot sends a test post before activation.

Yes. For each destination, you can choose from your added public and explicitly allowed private channel sources. Every plan supports up to 10 connected channels and groups in total. Auto-publishing from a private source also requires explicit permission for each selected destination.

When you first enable a destination, the bot publishes the latest saved post from each selected source and warns you beforehand that it may be old. Adding a source to an active destination also publishes that source's latest post. After that, only new posts are published. Posts from a pause are not backfilled; you can send the latest posts manually with “Publish latest posts”. The bot does not import channel history.

Yes. You can pause, resume, or disconnect each destination and change its source set separately. In the destination settings you can also choose its own summary language; the default is “As in the bot”. Summary delivery to your private chat works separately.

A signature works as a text watermark. In “Post appearance”, you can add a signature of up to 300 characters at the top or bottom. Set a default signature for each channel or group, then use a different one or turn it off for individual sources. Signatures also apply to chat digests sent to connected channels and groups. Text, emoji, links and @mentions are supported. The bot does not overlay a watermark on images or videos.

In the channel or group settings, open “Post appearance” → “Show example”. The bot sends an example from suitable saved content only to your private chat, without publishing to the channel or group or using your generation quota. If no suitable content is available, the bot will let you know.

This bot does it with auto-publishing. Add a public channel directly, or connect your personal account and explicitly allow a private channel that your account can access. Then connect your own channel or group and choose what it receives: original text or summaries. New messages are then reposted automatically with the media you selected. Private channels are published as summaries only, without the original text or attachments. Each message is a copy with a link to the source, not a native Telegram forward. Channel history is not copied: when you connect, only the latest saved post of each source is published. Forwarding restrictions are not bypassed. All types of forwarding work for free during the 5-day trial with up to 5 sources; after that, plans start at $4 for 30 days.

Open “Chat digests” in the bot menu or send /digests, then select a group you administer. Add the bot as a member with access to all messages; it does not need administrator status. Turn on the digest: the bot posts a notice in the group and starts collecting from that moment. Earlier messages are not collected. When needed, request an overview for 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or your own dates, up to 30 days.

An overview of the period you choose: topics of a few sentences each, with different positions kept apart. In supergroups topics link to the source messages; basic groups have no links, but you can get a topic's original messages with a button in your private chat with the bot. It is built from new texts and captions, without voice messages or media content. If there were no suitable messages, nothing is sent; if the bot knows collection had a gap, the overview says so. It does not pick out only unread messages, decisions or tasks. Forum supergroups are supported: each topic gets its own section.

By default only you, in your private chat. For each request you can also choose connected channels or groups, including the source group. Before delivering outside your private chat, the bot warns that the discussion content will become visible to that audience. A link to a source message does not give access to a private group. You can turn off a single destination or stop processing the chat at any time.

Add a channel as a source and enable its digest in source settings. Public channels work without a personal account. Private channels require your connected account, continuing access and explicit permission. You do not need to administer the channel or add the bot to it. Request an overview for up to 30 days: posts from the last 24 hours are loaded right away, even if published before enabling, and older ones come from posts collected since enabling. You can pause ordinary post delivery and keep collecting. Digests use original texts and captions, without media analysis or personal word filters; protected content is excluded. Delivery is to your private chat by default. External destinations require a separate choice and permission for private sources.

No. A digest is created on request: open it in the bot and choose a period from 6 hours to 30 days. There is no schedule.

Only the group's administrator can turn on its digest. A channel digest doesn't need administrator rights: add the channel as a source and turn on the digest in its settings.

Check in “Status” that your subscription and notifications are active. Make sure the source is still in your list and published a new post after you added it. If everything is active, send the post link to support.

For a public channel, send its @username, link, or a forwarded post. For a private channel, first add a public channel, then connect your personal Telegram account, keep access to the private channel, and explicitly allow it in the bot. Groups are not channel sources; use chat digests for a group you administer after adding the bot with access to all messages.

Describe what you wanted to do, what happened, and when. Include a link to the channel, group, or post and the error text or a screenshot. Do not send passwords, login codes, seed phrases, or private keys. Do not send api_hash or Telegram session strings, including in screenshots.

Only for private channels. The bot reads public channels itself, and group digests work once an administrator adds the bot to the group.

You sign in with a QR code on the protected connection page. The bot reads only private channels you explicitly allow, and only through your account. It doesn't join channels, change their settings, mark messages as read or show you as online. Personal chats and protected content are not processed. There is no guarantee against restrictions from Telegram: neither we nor your own api_id or a proxy can give one. You can disconnect the account at any time in “⚙️ Settings” → “Personal Telegram account”; reading private channels then stops, and you will need to grant permissions again after signing in.

No. Personal chats are not read, even with a connected personal account. The bot processes only added channels, explicitly allowed private channels and groups where an administrator turned on a digest.
